Research

My research agenda is motivated by scholarship and policy concerns at the intersection of business, government and society. My current research examines the political economy of transparency in multinational enterprises. I argue that MNEs control information as a non-market strategy for managing multiple stakeholders: capital markets, civil society, and governments.
